SMS Consent & Messaging Terms

This SMS consent stands entirely on its own. It is not part of, or required by, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any other agreement — and it is never required to book an appointment or become a member. Consent is given (or withheld) only by checking or leaving unchecked a dedicated SMS checkbox, separate from every other field on the booking form.

On the "Contact info" step of the booking form, clients see an unchecked box with this exact, standalone language:

“Text me appointment confirmations and, after my visit, an occasional request to leave a review. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. This is optional and not required to book.”

Only clients who actively check that box receive any text message from us. Providing a phone number to book an appointment does not, by itself, opt anyone into SMS.

Booking & Cancellation

Appointments are held for the time slot you select. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule — you can call or text us at (814) 743-3063.

Membership Billing

Memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime from your online account — cancelling stops the next renewal, and your current paid month stays active through its end. No long-term contracts, no initiation fee.
